Wild Atlantic Reset Retreat – Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
“Organisers” means Susan Walsh trading as Salt Sea Soul Yoga and Lyndsey McTavish trading as Blossoming Yoga With Lyndsey, together trading as Wild Atlantic Reset.
“Retreat” refers to the Wild Atlantic Reset retreat experience at the venue specified in your booking, including all activities, accommodation, and services provided.
“Participant” refers to any individual who has booked or attends the retreat.
2. Booking & Payment
A deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat.
Your booking is confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received.
Full payment must be made by the specified balance due date prior to the retreat.
All payments are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise by the Organisers.
3. Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel:
30+ days before the retreat: Refund of payments made minus deposit and a small administration fee
14–30 days before: 50% refund of the total retreat price
0–14 days before: No refund
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person (subject to Organisers’ approval).
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the Organisers, a full refund will be issued.
4. Health & Medical Responsibility
By attending the retreat, you confirm that:
You are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga, movement, and related activities
You will inform the Organisers in advance of any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations
You participate in all activities at your own risk
The Organisers are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice or supervision.
5. Activities & Personal Responsibility
Participation in all activities is optional
You are responsible for listening to your body and working within your own limits
Outdoor activities such as walks are undertaken at your own risk
Participants should wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for the activities and weather conditions
6. Sauna & Cold Water Use
Use of sauna and any cold water facilities is entirely at your own risk
You should only use these facilities if you are in good health and familiar with safe practice
It is your responsibility to:
Stay hydrated
Avoid prolonged exposure
Exit immediately if feeling unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable
Sauna and cold exposure may not be suitable for certain medical conditions (including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, or respiratory issues). You should seek medical advice if unsure
7. Dietary Requirements
Meals are prepared by the venue and/or catering team
The Organisers will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements if notified in advance
However, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed
Participants with allergies or specific dietary needs remain responsible for managing their own requirements and bringing any necessary medication
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organisers accept no liability for:
Injury, loss, or damage sustained during the retreat
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence
By attending, you acknowledge that participation in yoga, movement, outdoor activities, sauna, and cold exposure involves inherent risks and you accept full responsibility for your participation
9. Travel & Insurance
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat
The Organisers strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover:
Cancellation
Personal injury
Loss or damage to personal belongings
10. Force Majeure
The Organisers shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather
Natural disasters
Illness or injury
Venue unavailability
Travel disruptions
In such circumstances, the Organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat schedule or arrangements
Refunds in these situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
11. Minimum Numbers
This retreat is subject to a minimum number of participants
If the minimum number is not reached, the Organisers reserve the right to cancel the retreat
In this case, all payments made will be fully refunded
The Organisers are not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel), and participants are advised to arrange appropriate insurance
12. Room Allocation
Rooms are allocated based on the option selected at the time of booking (e.g. single, twin shared, ensuite, garden room)
Specific rooms are not guaranteed and are allocated on a first booked / best fit basis
Where booking a shared room:
You may request to share with a named person
Otherwise, you will be paired with another participant unless otherwise agreed
Some rooms (e.g. garden rooms) may require a short outdoor walk to shared bathroom facilities — by booking these rooms, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement
The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to room allocation where necessary, while maintaining the same standard of accommodation
13. Community & Behaviour
This retreat is intended to be a safe, supportive, and inclusive space
Participants agree to:
Treat others with respect, kindness, and consideration
Respect personal boundaries and shared spaces
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in a participant being asked to leave the retreat
In such cases, no refund will be issued
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland
Any disputes arising in connection with the retreat shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts
15. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and attending the retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
