About Sea Salt Soul Yoga
Welcome to Sea Salt Soul Yoga, a space to move, breathe, and reconnect — inspired by the wild Atlantic coast of Westport, Co. Mayo.
I’m Susan Walsh, a lifelong yoga practitioner, yoga teacher, lawyer, and mum of three. After a decade living by the beaches of Bondi, I returned home to the west of Ireland — where the sea, the seasons, and the slower rhythm of life have shaped my practice in new ways.
For over 20 years, yoga has been my anchor through every wave of life — from motherhood to career, from Sydney sunshine to Atlantic rain. My teaching blends Progressive Vinyasa Flow for strength and freedom with Yin and Restorative Yoga for deep calm and recovery. I’m also passionate about children’s yoga and creating inclusive, supportive spaces for everyone to explore movement and mindfulness.
At Sea Salt Soul Yoga, every class is guided by nature — the tides, the light, the rhythm of the breath. Whether you join me for a private 1:1 session, a small group flow by the sea, or a gentle restorative practice on a rainy day, my hope is that you leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more at home in yourself.
