Created by a parent who understands

Little Sea Souls has been shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience.

As a parent of a neurodivergent child, I understand the realities of overwhelm, transitions and the importance of safe, predictable environments for children to move and grow.

I am a qualified children’s yoga teacher with additional specialist training in yoga for children with additional needs. My teaching is grounded in inclusive, regulation-informed practice that prioritises safety, predictability and connection.

My intention is to create spaces where children and families feel welcome, respected and supported.
