Wild Atlantic Flow (Vinyasa)
A dynamic, breath-led Vinyasa class inspired by the energy and movement of the Atlantic coast.
We build heat and strength through flowing sequences, linking breath with movement to create rhythm, focus and flow. Expect to be challenged in a supportive way, with options to explore at your own pace.
This class balances effort and release — helping to build resilience in the body while clearing the mind.
For students with some experience or those ready to explore their edge with a more active practice.
Coastal Slow Flow
A gentle, flowing class inspired by the rhythm of the sea.
We move slowly and steadily, linking breath with movement to build strength and mobility without rushing. The pace allows space to soften into each posture, while still creating a sense of flow and connection.
Expect a calm, grounding practice that leaves you feeling more open in the body and settled in the mind.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners and those looking for a more mindful flow.
Deep Stretch & Restore
A slow, grounding, Yin-style class designed to release deep-held tension and support nervous system regulation.
We spend longer in supported poses— particularly through the hips, back and shoulders — allowing the body time to soften and unwind. The stillness of the practice encourages the mind to settle, creating a sense of calm and spaciousness.
Especially beneficial for:
• tight or tired bodies
• sports recovery (running, swimming, training)
• stress and mental fatigue
A deeply restorative reset.
All levels welcome. Ideal for rest days or emotional reset.
Kids Yoga
Playful, creative, and full of imagination! Children explore movement, breath, and mindfulness through stories, games, and music — building strength, focus, and confidence while having fun.
A joyful introduction to yoga for little minds and growing bodies.
Family Yoga
A fun, relaxed space to move, laugh, and connect as a family. Through partner poses, breathwork, and playful sequences, families discover teamwork, trust, and calm — together.
Perfect for parents, children, and anyone who wants to share mindful moments
Beginners Yoga
A supportive and welcoming 6-week course for those completely new to yoga, or returning after time away.
We move at a steady, manageable pace, focusing on the foundations — building strength, mobility and confidence gradually over time. There’s space to ask questions, to learn, and to settle into your body without pressure.
This class is about beginning in a way that feels sustainable — creating a practice that supports both body and mind.
No flexibility or experience needed.
Come as you are, leave feeling grounded and renewed — like a calm sea after the tide.
