Suitable for all levels
Yin Yoga
A quiet, meditative practice of stillness and surrender. Poses are held for several minutes to open the body’s deeper layers — fascia, joints, and connective tissues — while calming the nervous system. Guided by breath and supported by props, this is your invitation to pause, soften, and simply be.

Kids Yoga
