  • If you’re new to yoga, or returning after a break, Salt Sea Soul Yoga’s beginner classes in Westport are the best place to start. These classes move at a steady, accessible pace with clear guidance, options for all bodies, and plenty of space to rest. You don’t need any prior yoga experience or flexibility to attend.

    If you would like something more relaxing, try a yin class.

  • Salt Sea Soul Yoga offers beginner-friendly yoga and all-levels vinyasa flow classes in Westport, Co. Mayo. Classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and building strength and mobility at a pace that feels supportive rather than rushed.

    I also offer Yin and Restorative Yoga, along with kids and family yoga.

  • Yes. Private 1:1 sessions are available and can be tailored to your needs — whether you’re new to yoga, returning after injury, or looking for more personalised support.

    If you don’t have a mat, please let me know in advance and I’ll do my best to accommodate

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class. This allows time to settle in and start calmly.

  • Rest is always an option.

    You’re encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed. Options and variations are offered throughout, and there is no expectation to keep up or push through discomfort.

  • Classes at Salt Sea Soul Yoga are booked online in advance. You can view the full schedule, choose a class, and book your place through the booking page on this website. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need.
