Sea Salt Soul Yoga offers small-group yoga classes in Westport, Co Mayo.

We also offer online classes that can be booked through the website.

No — flexibility or prior yoga experience is not required.
Classes are designed to be accessible and inclusive, with clear guidance and options offered throughout. Many students are beginners or returning to yoga after time away.

If you’re new to yoga, or returning after a break, the Beginner Vinyasa class is a supportive place to start. It moves at a steadier pace, with time to explore poses and breath.
If you would like something more relaxing, try a yin class.
If you’re unsure which class is right for you, feel free to get in touch — I’m happy to help you choose.

I teach Progressive Vinyasa Flow, alongside Yin and Restorative Yoga. I also teach kids and family yoga.
Classes focus on:

Yes. Many people come to class seeking steadiness, grounding, and relief from stress.
Classes are taught in a calm, non-judgemental way, with an emphasis on breath, awareness, and moving at your own pace. Nervous system regulation is a priority. Rest is always an option.

Yes. Private 1:1 sessions are available and can be tailored to your needs — whether you’re new to yoga, returning after injury, or looking for more personalised support.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class. This allows time to settle in and start calmly.

Rest is always an option.
You’re encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks whenever needed. Options and variations are offered throughout, and there is no expectation to keep up or push through discomfort.

All classes are booked online via the booking system.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the class. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged.This helps keep classes running smoothly and supports a small local business.

At present, with the exception of the 8-week beginner yoga course, classes are booked individually.
