The Venue
We’ll be staying at the beautiful Westport Heart Sanctuary — a peaceful, nature-filled space just outside Westport.
With its light-filled yoga room, gardens, and on-site sauna, it’s the perfect setting to unwind and reset.
Surrounded by the wild Atlantic landscape, this is a place to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.

Meet Your Teachers
This retreat is guided by two experienced teachers who share a deep respect for a more restoring and intuitive practice.
Our approach is grounded, supportive, and rooted in nervous system balance — creating space to soften, reconnect, and restore.
Together, we create a space that is warm, welcoming, and deeply restorative.

Susan Walsh
Susan is the founder of Sea Salt Soul Yoga, known for her calm, grounding teaching style and ocean-inspired approach to movement and rest.
Her classes focus on helping people soften, reconnect, and build quiet strength over time.
With over 20 years of personal practice and training across vinyasa, slow flow, yin and restorative yoga, she brings both depth and warmth to every session.
Lyndsey McTavish
Lyndsey is the founder of Blossoming Yoga with Lyndsey, sharing Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Her classes are designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Through mindful movement and moments of stillness, she encourages you to listen inwardly and move in a way that feels supportive and nourishing, while gently strengthening resilience.
Creating a space that feels calm, welcoming, and unhurried, Lyndsey’s approach is all about finding balance — between effort and ease, energy and rest.
A Day at the Retreat
Morning
Slow, spacious mornings.
Optional meditation, followed by a gentle or energising yoga practice.
A nourishing meal to start the day.
Afternoon
Time to rest, walk by the sea, or join an optional outing.
Space to journal, read, sauna, or simply be.
Evening
A second, slower practice — deep stretch, restore, or yoga nidra.
Followed by a warm, grounding dinner
